We do not collect our customer’s personal information unless they are making an appointment. If making an appointment, we will collect only limited information. We do not store this information, and we do not sell or give out this information EVER! The only time we will call your phone number is if you are late or have missed an appointment. We do however call back missed calls. The store cell phone or the owner’s cell phone will always be used in booking an appointment and contacting our customers. Never should one of our massage therapist user their personal cell phones to contact our customers. If this happens, the massage therapist will be dismissed on the spot.
